AND LIMITATIONS

• Wartune Exp Books compensation is for the reduced requirement of Exp for Leveling from 70 to 80
• The players who have or will receive these compensation are those that have reached Level 71 or above before the 24th of April

For most though that do not read forums or info source like this, they have missed an important message

• You can only use Exp Scroll to get up to 40,000,000 Exp every Day
• This means that you can only get the Maximum of  40,000,000 Exp each Day which includes all your Exp Runs and All the Exp Scrolls you have used.
• If you used up the Exp Scrolls and you have Exceeded more than the 40m limit per day, the Exp Scrolls will be used but you will receive 0 Exp.

• Check if you have the correct compensation pack. 
• Note that your level was gathered from April 24.

AND WHAT TO DO

• At the moment, there have been lots of players who have used up their Exp Books and gave them 0 Exp due to the Exp Limit mentioned above. Though, it's still not sure if they will still be compensated for it, I advise that you still file a ticket about it just in case they still compensate you for getting 0 Exp.
• If you have not received your Exp Books compensation pack, note that they have mentioned that this will take time to send out and may take several days. After 15 days though and you have not received your compensation pack, File a ticket.
• If you have not gotten the correct compensation or have other issues on it, do File a ticket as well for it to be looked into.
• For those who have not used it, I suggest that you try to open it one by one to see if you still gain Exp or use it later on once the issues on it have been fixed.
• For those that have been Level 80 and maxed on Exp, there would not be a need to use these Exp Books, however you can save it when they increase the limit in the future. In any case, these Exp Books cannot be Sold.
