Wartune Tickets : How to File a Ticket Guide

Wartune Ticket is what players need to do if they need help or encounter any issues or difficulties while playing Wartune.

Here are the common categories which you can file a ticket to get support from R2:

Account Log-in issues

Billing Issues

Delete Account

In-game issues (Missing Items or Rewards)

Gameplay Questions

Report a Bug

Report a Player

Vet Application

VIP Cancellation

VIP Subscription Problems

Any in-game issues or questions though, you can always File a Ticket in order for R2 to assist you.

R2 provides support for other platforms of Wartune but the Ticket System is basically the same

The first thing you have to know is on what platform of Wartune you are playing with.
This guide is only for those Wartune platforms I have mentioned above.
If you are playing on other Wartune Platforms, you would have to contact them to see how they can support you.

How To File a Ticket

r2games.com Players
1. You can go to http://support.r2games.com or from your in-game menu, click on GM which is located on the upper right side of your screen

2. Fill out the form with all the infomation needed once you have been directed to this page:

Kabam Players / Yahoo Games players
1. On the Bottom of the Server Selection page, click on the support link below:

As you can see, the page where you get directed on any type of Wartune plaform has the same format.
Make sure to fill them our properly with complete information as much as possible

If you have a transaction / payment issue and you are asked for a transaction number and you do not have it, just use 111111111, the staff will know that you used it in place of a true number, so you could file the ticket.
When Tickets are opened and read, the support staff looks for your character so it's important that you give them the correct information. To be sure, also include the following in your message:

1) The Game you play
2) The Server where you play
3) Your Account Name
4) Your Character Name in-game
5) Your Full Real Name (It's best to give your Full Name, specially if it's a payment issue)
6) Your E-mail Address
7) The Issue or Reason why you are filing a Ticket

Example:
Hi! I play on Wartune R2games, Server 01, My Account Name is IHaveAnIssue, My Character Name is ThisIsTheIssue, My Full Name is Guess MyName. My E-mail address is contact@mehere.com.
The reason why I have contacted you is......

This helps make sure that your account is found and the issue is addressed the soonest possible.

Once you have submitted a Ticket, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with your Ticket number on the email that you have provided that your Ticket has been received and a Support Elf is looking into it. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, check your Spam, just in case it went there. If within 24 hours, you still have not received the confirmation e-mail with your Ticket number. File the Ticket again.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT file multiple Tickets on the same issues as it would only prolong helping you.

Depending on the Type/Kind of issue. They are usually able to respond within 48 hours or 2 Business Days.
They will address the issue and help you with a possible solution to the issue or on what needs to be done.
